2018 Honda Civic Leak And Release Info
Honda recently gave us our first look at the upcoming 2018 Honda Civic, and after experiencing the trap cut levels, standard equipment and MSRP startup, welcome the vehicle into our new inventory here at Matt Castrucci Honda.
Exterior and Interior
Otherwise, do not expect a lot of change, except maybe new paint shades and higher prices in general. Also bear in mind that the model should bring midcycle updates that would give all the 2018 Honda Civic lightweight look and possibly new features. This means that the expectation of the 2018 netbook is virtually the same car as a ’17 model, but with higher prices and style that have a year of life. Finally, it is possible that Honda could add a hybrid gas / electric model or a plug-in variant for 2018.
As for the other features, even plan that the 2018 Honda Civic sedans come back with a significant amount of kit, including automatic air conditioning, a rearview camera and Bluetooth connectivity. The LX-P and EX models include push button ignition, remote engine start and electric sunroof. The blind camera Honda Lane Watch is standard on EX models and higher, with CarPlay and Android Auto. EX-T versions win the heated front seats and dual-zone automatic climate control. The EX-L cuts and sedans have leather seats and a driver seat. The EX-L hatchback features a navigation system, optional on the coupe and sedan. At the top of the list, Touring has GPS navigation, LED headlights and heated rear outside seats.
The 2018 Honda Civic is expected to reach dealers across the country in the very near future and will return to five levels: LX, Sport, EX, EX-L and Sport Touring. The hatch will be powered by a 4-cylinder, 1.5-liter, turbocharged engine for all trim levels, with a maximum output of 174 hp with CVT for LX, EX and EX-L finishes, while Sport and the Sport Touring 180 horses.
Release and Price
They will probably get up a bit. Honda increased the coupe and sedan prices by about $ 100 for the 2017 model year. A similar increase is expected by 2018, unless they change significantly in the availability of duties. The 2018 Honda Civic sedans will likely cover a price range of about $ 19,600 – $ 28,500, including the target rate (which was $ 835 for the 2017 models). Coupes will tend to be about $ 300 higher than their sedan counterparts. Shows are expected to increase from approximately $ 20,500 to $ 28,500.
